1. General Overview

USMARS was born from the vision of its founder — President Yahweh Nergal — to create a self-sustaining economic system, shielded from the unstable political and social scenarios of the real world. The central goal of the project is to reach a point of code closure, similar to what happened with Bitcoin: immutable governance where no party can alter the rules in their own benefit.

In this model, everyone coexists on equal terms — those who joined as FREE and built their wealth through dedication, and those who invested real USDC believing in the project. Both are protected by the same automatic governance, preserving 100% of each participant's assets within a perpetual and decentralized ecosystem.

In practice, USMARS is a gamified social-economic network with Martian territorial colonization, a stable internal currency, and meritocratic governance. The user joins as FREE receiving a permanent Free Apt with 2 available slots. To start mining, they need to acquire their first GPU — via arcade, daily check-in or referral link. By accumulating income, they evolve to Martian Citizen by buying their first land plot, and from then on operate their own machines and receive referral commissions.

The ecosystem is divided into 50 states that open progressively, creating deliberate scarcity and continuous asset appreciation.

2. Monetary System

The Martian Wallet operates with two types of currency: the general-purpose internal currency and the withdrawable mining tokens.

Merge Mechanics

Merge is calculated based on the total hash rate of delivered machines, which must equal the target machine's hash rate, plus a fixed fee of 1.20 USDusmars that goes directly to the next week's mining treasury.

Delivered machines are consumed (burned) in the operation. Merge fees for new generations are configured by admin in the panel.

P2P Marketplace (Resale)

Store items are freely resellable between citizens. Building 5 and 10 apartments are rentable on the marketplace. Selling a complete account is permitted exclusively via marketplace, following the same fee rules as other P2P transactions.

Pricing rule: Maximum: up to 120% of current Store value. Minimum: in Alpha, minimum 10% above current Store value; from 2nd state onwards, minimum 10% above what the user originally paid.

5. Mining

USMARS operates with two types of mining machines: GPU (1 h/s) and ASIC (12 h/s). Mining rewards are credited in the user's chosen mining token — currently POL (Polygon). With each new state, 2 new machines are launched.

2-Season Machine Lifecycle Rule

Machines and buildings are available in the Store for exactly 2 consecutive seasons, after which they leave direct sale. Corresponding seeds remain available for the next 3 seasons after the machine exits. After that, the only way to obtain the machine is via P2P marketplace or Personal Museum.

Personal Museum

The Personal Museum is a special prestige building that allows citizens to preserve and operationalize machines from past generations removed from the Store.

Operational Principle

Energy Tax

A 1.2% Energy Tax is deducted at source on every mining reward, retained at the moment of each block's distribution. The amount goes automatically to the tax meter. ADMs are exempt from this tax — their share is paid in full without deduction.

6. Weekly Mining Cycle

  • All collected taxes go to the admin internal treasury.
  • Treasury snapshot frozen at 8:59 PM BRT on final Sunday.

  • Continuous distribution in 10-minute blocks
    (1,008 blocks per week = 7 days × 24h × 6 blocks/h).
  • With each new purchase, dynamic recalculation of remaining balance per block.

How the Balance is Distributed

  1. Single global treasury — one treasury for all 50 states. Weekly pool composition: 50% of 1.2% fees collected the previous week + manual liquidity contribution inserted by admin on Saturdays. Liquidity contribution goes 100% to the miners' pool. No fixed emission — the pool reflects real transactions of the week.
  2. From collected fees: 50% → mining pool; 30% → maintenance/rotating reserve; 20% → positions/governance.
  3. The mining pool is divided into 1,008 10-minute blocks (exactly 7 days).
  4. Each block is split among all active machines across all states, proportional to hash rate. The pool is global — no state separation in mining.
  5. A 1.2% Energy Tax is retained from each block payment and returns to the treasury.
  6. Rewards remain in mining_rewards (in USDusmars) until the user claims. After claim: balance appears in wallet as the chosen currency (e.g. POL), but the value is in dollars. On withdrawal, admin converts the dollar value to the real token amount using CoinMarketCap rate at the moment of withdrawal.

Salary distributed in 6 daily installments: 1st at inauguration (Sunday 9:00 PM BRT), 6th on Friday. Saturday has no salary payment — it is the ranking freeze day. Position and mining cycles both run Sunday 9:00 PM BRT to Sunday 8:59 PM BRT.

7. Inventory

Every purchased item goes automatically to the user's personal inventory. No capacity limit. An item can only be in one of two states — in inventory or in operation (installed in the appropriate location).

FREE → Citizen Transition: when buying the first land, the user becomes a Martian Citizen. The Free Apt remains permanently active — it is permanent and non-transferable. The Citizen now has the Free Apt and their land plots operating simultaneously. Bare land already has 3 slots for immediate GPU/ASIC installation.

Full Autonomy Protocol

When the community — via vote in the USMARS Council (Discord) — decides the project is mature enough to operate without an administrator, the full autonomy protocol will be activated: the project wallet balance will be fully injected back into the tax meter over 2 years, distributed proportionally in the mining blocks. After this period, the project operates perpetually and in a decentralized manner, like Bitcoin.

Confiscation Rules

Inactivity (2 years): Any account not accessed for 2 consecutive years is automatically confiscated. Fraudulent accounts (BAN): Accounts banned for fraud receive the same treatment — definitive and irreversible.

Admin Liquidity Contribution

Every Saturday, the admin manually inserts a liquidity contribution via the panel (POST /api/admin/mining/liquidity). This amount goes 100% to the following week's mining pool, complementing the collected fees. All contributions are tracked in the mining_liquidity_contributions table with full audit trail.

The President is known by the name Yahweh Nergal — a public persona identity, similar to Satoshi Nakamoto in Bitcoin. The real person remains anonymous and will never be revealed.

ADM Administrators

ADMs are platform collaborators appointed and managed directly by the admin. Their remuneration is made through participation in weekly mining blocks, with one key difference: the ADM's share is exempt from the 1.2% Energy Tax that normally applies to all other miners.

Determined weekly based on objective wealth criteria, without popular vote:

  1. Most lands purchased with real USDC in the state/city. Freely received lands are not counted.
  2. Highest total construction value (tie on criterion 1).
  3. Highest total machine hash rate (tie on criterion 2).

10. Ambassador System (Meritocratic Cascade)

Each state has 1 Ambassador — a lifetime institutional figure. Never removed from office.

Anti-fraud filter: To appear in the ranking, the recruiter must have made at least 1 real USDC deposit (minimum 1.20 USDC). Score = Σ (USDC deposited by each paying referral).

What does NOT count as deposit: internal mining, rental, P2P transfer, arcade reward.

Referral Count — Non-Cumulative Between Elections

Referrals do not accumulate between electoral cycles. When the Ambassador of state N is appointed, all referral counters are reset. The contest for Ambassador of state N+1 starts from zero.

Naming the 12 Cities

Immediately after being appointed, the Ambassador has 3 hours to name the 12 cities of their state. If the deadline expires, the system names them automatically.

Every FREE player automatically receives a Free Apt upon registration. The Free Apt is permanent and non-transferable — it can never be sold, traded or transferred, even after the user becomes a Martian Citizen.

In all cases, the GPU does not mine automatically — the FREE user needs to manually install it in a slot of the Free Apt to start mining.

14. State Structure

All 50 states follow the same structure: 1 capital city (institutional buildings — space in map margins, no commercial stock impact) + 12 cities named by the Ambassador, each with 1,200 lots organized in 24 blocks (25 lots facing upper street + 25 lots facing lower street = 50 lots per block).

Of each city, 1,199 lots are for public sale and 1 lot is reserved for admin donation to a partner influencer.

17. Arcade Games

Integrated arcade games on the platform (PacMars, RaidMars, AstroRun, Race, Pinball, etc.). Reward: USDusmars credited directly to the wallet upon completing phases or game sessions. The exact value per match is configured in the backend. Arcade reward does not count as deposit for Ambassador ranking or position eligibility.

Launch rule: arcade earnings generated before May 31, 2026 at 9:00 PM BRT were zeroed (migration 033). From the official launch, all earnings are credited normally.

Cooldown: each game has its own cooldown after Game Over — prevents reward abuse.

18. Merge Policy

Merge combines machines with total h/s equal to the target machine, plus a fixed fee of 1.20 USDusmars (enters the next week's mining treasury). Available to all Martian Citizens.

N machines (sum of h/s = target h/s) + 1.20 USDusmars → 1 target machine

Example (Alpha): 12 GPUs + 1.20 USDusmars → 1 ASIC

Delivered machines are consumed (burned) in the operation. Merge revenues for new machine generations are configurable by admin in the panel.

The project's real revenue is higher, since each new state opens with +12% over the previous one. Recurring revenue from fees feeding the tax meter is also considered, including the 1.2% Energy Tax on mined rewards.

20. Transaction Confirmation

Every action that generates financial movement or asset change requires explicit user confirmation before execution. The system automatically displays a confirmation panel with: item(s) involved, total value, itemized taxes and fees, deducted commissions, final balance after operation, origin and destination of values.

21. Special Store Packages

NFT Identifier

Each lot has a unique ID in the format STATE-CITY-NNNN (e.g.: ALPHA-AURORA-0001), where NNNN is a sequential 4-digit number (0001 to 1200).

23. P2P Land Market — Proposal System

Martian Citizens can trade lands directly with each other through the internal proposal system, without external intermediaries.

Citizen-to-Citizen Purchase Flow

  1. The interested party clicks on a sold or built lot on the map (Level 3).
  2. The side panel shows the current owner's photo and Martian name.
  3. The buyer clicks "MAKE PROPOSAL TO OWNER" and fills in the offered amount (in USDusmars) and a message.
  4. The system automatically calculates the 1.2% tax and shows the net amount the seller will receive.
  5. The proposal is sent to the owner's message inbox (Received).
  6. The owner can Accept, Reject or send a Counter-Proposal.
  7. On acceptance, the land property is automatically transferred, the tax deducted, and the net balance enters the seller's wallet.

24. Partners & YouTube Integration

USMARS maintains a partnership program with content creators (YouTubers and influencers), granting them strategic-location lands to increase project visibility and stimulate community interaction with partners.

25. Internal Communication Rules

All communication between USMARS users — whether via land purchase proposals, partner chats or general messages — is conducted exclusively within the platform. The system automatically blocks any message containing: email addresses, phone numbers, social media handles, external URLs.

28. Martian Farm — Machine Manufacturing by Nano Robots

In Mars, assembling electronic equipment in the open air is impossible: Martian radiation destroys exposed components within hours. The solution found by colonizers was to build protected underground workshops, where nano robots work continuously to assemble machines from parts imported from Earth.

In the USMARS ecosystem, this mechanic is alive. Any citizen can acquire machine parts (called Seeds in the Store), install them in underground workshops (called Planting Beds), and wait for the nano robots to complete the assembly. When the machine is ready, it is moved to an open-air exposure area — but Martian radiation gives only 48 hours for the owner to collect it. If not collected in time, the machine catches fire and is destroyed.

Business Opportunity — The Manufacturer Loop

The Farm creates an independent business model from mining: the Manufacturer. This user profile does not mine directly — they produce machines and sell them on the P2P Marketplace to other citizens who need installed equipment.

Manufacturer Flow:

1. Buy Seeds in Store (e.g.: 10× ASIC Seed = 60.00 USDusmars)
2. Install Seeds in Farm Planting Beds
3. Wait for nano robots to complete assembly (120h for ASIC)
4. Collect finished machines within 48h
5. List ASICs on P2P Marketplace above cost price
6. Profit = sale price − seed cost − 1.2% fee

Note: the Manufacturer doesn't need to sell all produced machines — they can install some in their own slots and use them for mining, combining both income models: production + simultaneous mining.

The more planting beds the Manufacturer has, the greater their simultaneous production capacity — and the greater the potential profit.
